Chanukah

Happy Chanukah to all!
We have been so busy lately learning about the Chanukah story, acting it out, painting our Menorahs, making Chanukah crafts and bulletin boards and much more. We still have lots in store for the rest of Chanukah:)
Today we did a big Mitzvah by visiting the elderly patients inthe Shore View Nursing Home. We sang songs, gave out beautiful cards and delicious doughnuts we made this morning. We are so proud of all the Yeladim for doing such a special Mitzva:)

Let's Learn the Alef Bais!!

We are quickly moving along with learning the Alef Bais letters. During circle time, we practice the letters in a variety of ways. The Yeladim form the letters with their finger in the air, with their bodies and with paper strips. They also practice writing the Alef Bais letters with paint, playdough, and markers. We have lots of fun learning the letters in many sorts of ways.
